How It Works
We identify underemployed Oklahomans, especially in rural communities, who have the drive and raw ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Not theory. Not classrooms. A 6-week intensive training on how startups actually operate: recruiting, operations, support, sales, and remote-readiness.
We connect graduates directly to companies that need operations talent. Real roles, real pay. Every graduate is trained to work alongside AI tools so they're not competing with automation, they're powered by it.
Every placement creates a taxpayer, a consumer, and a contributor to their local economy. Remote work doesn't just change one life — it activates a community.
